Hong Kong '09 ~ 17/10 to 19/10

We stayed at Causeway Bay ~ Holiday Inn Express. It is conveniently located as Times Square is just a road across with MTR. We are always up to some mischief....jumping from bed to bed, rolling over the carpet, playing around with shoes, sachets of coffee/tea/sugar, etc. Most of the time, Mummy is pulling her hair away and wishes she didn't have us, brats! :P

We are boarding the Mickey Mouse train to Disneyland. Hooray!

I am having lots of fun playing with the bubbles.
We love 'Winnie the Pooh' ride.
Up close and personal with the stars!
This is Mickey show but the best will have to be the Lion King show. A must watch! Oh and by the way for my upcoming year end concert, I will be starring as an elephant and singing to the 'Circle of Life' tune. Watch this space!

It's Halloween theme @ Disneyland. Spooky!

We couldn't decide which toy we want. Mummy's rule? 1 kid = 1 toy
I finally decided on a remote control choo choo train and Didi with a bag of CARS
Don't ever mess with me!

In a queue for the car ride. Check out Didi's bored look.

Shenzhen '09 ~ Around the World in One Day!

We visited Window of the World - a fantastic replica park situated at the Overseas Chinese Town. Here we can see vivid replicas of the world's wonders, historical heritages and famous scenic sites. The entire masterpiece is built at ratios of 1:1, 1:5 or 1:15.

The Little Mermaid statue in "Copenhagen"

The famous windmill in "Holland"

Thank GOD for a wonderful time in Shenzhen and now we are off to Hong Kong for Disneyland! :)

Shenzhen '09 ~ 14/10 to 16/10

Today is Mama's 59th birthday and she is celebrating with us in Shenzhen/HK. We are on board SQ A380 to HK!
We crossed the border to Shenzhen and checked into our hotel in Luohu. Without further delay, we checked out the famous Queen Spa which is a 5 mins drive away from our hotel.
The spa surely lives up to its name...a queen and king, we surely do feel like one! Mama had a collagen facial, aromatherapy massage and a manicure. All for S$90 bucks! On top of that, Mama did a foot and shoulder massage. A memorable birthday present indeed :) We were back the very next day again for more massages! Haha...
Mummy's notes:
The spa is really amazing which is a 5 storey building that has snooker table, internet, heater indoor swimming pool with those massage gadgets right in the pool itself, numerous arm chairs (each equipped with a personal TV) where you can just press a bell and they will be at your service for a drink, fruits(complimentary), food or massages ...right at your door step! All you need is to lift a finger. *tsk tsk* The amazing part is that they even have swimming costumes for all ages just in case you forget to bring one. The bathing area is equipped with at least 3 different shampoos and bath soap. Unbelievable!
